  • Each pre-order item is produced based on demand, which means processing times vary. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout.
  • Standard production and fulfillment take around 3-5 weeks 
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier.

Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
