Pre-Orders & Cancellations
- All pre-order sales are final once placed.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase, as production begins based on demand.

Returns & Exchanges
Since our pre-orders are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
If you encounter any of the above issues, email [sattvawrld@gmail.com] within 2 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
Once approved, we will offer:

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of production issues or if we cannot fulfill the pre-order.

Final Sale Items
- Limited edition, custom, or discounted pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
